Triathlon Training: Week 3

Monday – StrengthNope

Tuesday – Run 30 minutes30 minute treadmill run with intervals + Ally’s strength training circuit

Wednesday – Bike 45 minutes/Strength45 minute spin class

Thursday – Swim 30 minutes/Run 25 minutesNope…was fighting off a sinus infection!

Friday – RestRest

Saturday – Run 30 minutes30 minute run outside

Sunday – Swim 30 minutes/Bike 30 minutes30 minutes swim/25 minute biking indoors

So it wasn’t the best week but it wasn’t the worst. I made it back to the pool, but only once. And I still have yet to make it outside on my bike which is a problem, let’s be honest. Good workouts, mediocre workouts, workouts that didn’t happen…here’s to the next week ahead! I’m thinking about starting my week off with Julie’s 1000 rep workout for some good strength. Who’s in? 🙂

P.S. I saw The Way, Way Back today with my grandma (her choice, I had never even heard of it!) and absolutely loved it. Such a great film. Sam Rockwell and Allison Janney kill it. Go check it out. Next up, Despicable Me 2!
