Wednesday – Reboot Yoga – Completed
Thursday – Body Pump – Zumba completed
Friday – Spin – Rest
Saturday – Cardio (spin? Zumba? elliptical?)+ Body Pump – Spin + Body Pump completed
Sunday – Zumba – Rest

This week:

Monday – Rest
Tuesday – Zumba or a circuit on my own
Wednesday – Spin (long ride)
Thursday – Bar Method
Friday – Spin or circuit on my own
Saturday – Spin or Zumba + Body Pump
Sunday – Either a class, circuit, maybe a swim?
