Let’s see how last week turned out:

Monday – Step – COMPLETED
Tuesday – Body PumpSpin at Sculpt DC COMPLETED
Wednesday – SpinSelf Magazine strength training circuit at home COMPLETED
Thursday – Body PumpDid not happen
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Rest
Sunday – Rest

It wasn’t a perfect week and my plan changed a bit but I still got in a few good workouts before I traveled out of town for a long weekend. And I will say, I did spend a lot of the weekend walking so that was a good way to balance all the delicious food and drink I consumed. My week has minimal plans right now and with all of the warm weather this week, it should be a good week for some outdoor workouts.

And the plan for this week:

Monday – maybe Zumba (I HAVE to go pick up my bridesmaid dress from it’s second round of alterations. The wedding is in 2 weeks, so this is priority #1 tonight.)
Tuesday – a.m. run + p.m. strength training
Wednesday – a.m. Yoga
Thursday – a.m. Body Pump
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Hoping to try the Weekend Inferno class at 4pm at the gym (I have a morning haircut so I can’t repeat last week’s killer workout), apparently it’s circuit training and I know the instructor from spin and she’s awesome
Sunday – Rest or active recovery (depends on if I get a workout in Monday)

Ambitious week but I’m looking forward to it!
