Breakfast: Kashi Instant Oatmeal, banana, coffee, fat-free half and half

Morning snack: Nectarine (I had one after dinner too!)

Lunch: Subway Turkey on flatbread with Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, red onion, green pepper, cucumber, banana peppers, tiny bit of oil and vinegar and a side of Baked Lays

Afternoon snack: Clif Z Bar (I had another one of these after dinner too!)

Pre-dinner, post-workout snack: Baby carrots and some cherries

Dinner: Annie’s Light and Lean Sweet and Sour Noodles topped with extra mushrooms and some Sriracha

Wednesday’s workout: 8 mile bike ride (plus my ride to work)
Wednesday’s meals highlight: That Subway sandwich really hit the spot for lunch, not gonna lie.
