Breakfast: Stoneyfield Plain, non-fat Greek yogurt, Blueberries, Banana and some Agave Nectar

Breakfast: Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla coffee with fat-free half and half

Lunch: Sweet potato with Whole Foods Mango salsa

Lunch: Two graham crackers topped with 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb cheese

Dinner: Three eggs scrambled with scallions, goat cheese and diced tomatoes…along with Pam Olive Oil spray and Sriracha

Post-dinner: Cherries

Post-post dinner: Mini popcorn bag


Tuesday’s workout: 45 minute interval treadmill run
Tuesday’s meals highlights: Sweet potato with Mango salsa for lunch
